Two towers, two densities
Tower A carries 806 of the 982 units at 18 per floor, served by 11 passenger lifts and one service lift. It is the high-density tower and carries six of the eight layout types — from 1,080 sq ft (Type A) to 1,653 sq ft (Type E).
Tower B is the low-density option: 176 units at four per floor, with four passenger lifts and one service lift. It carries Types F (1,483 sq ft) and G (1,726 sq ft) — the four-bedroom plans. Both towers share the 7.95-acre site, the 4.48-acre green lung and the level 10 facilities deck.
